I am busily preparing for Art of Wine's Annual Photography and Digital Art Show opening May 1st in Old Town Eureka. So far I think I am on schedule with my to-do list. Creating the art was the fun and easy part. Now Im down to the nuts and bolts part of matting and framing. I've chosen seven pieces in the show that speak most directly to the magic and mystery that nature shares with humanity. I'll also have matted prints and will be debuting a new series of greeting cards. It's all great stuff, and such an honor to be part of this group...six other artists plus myself.
If you are local, please put May 1st on your calendar and come on down to this art opening. Wine and goodies will be served, plus you can chat with all the artists and find out why we love doing what we do. Does it get any better than that?
