Magnolias are blooming and signs of spring are everywhere. I am excitedly awaiting my new camera, which is due to arrive on Wednesday.

Yeah, resolution is an issue and I see my work for now no bigger than 11 by 14, maybe one size up.
New camera sounds like a great thing to anticipate - what kind?

thanks all for your comments. i am eagerly awaiting my new canon A720 IS digicam, which is scheduled to be delivered today.
john...re larger size images..a friend of mine just clued me in to the possibility of having an original image scanned to create a larger file and then printed at whatever size you might want. this opens up a whole new realm of possibilities that i will check out in the future.
