The universe and the light of the stars come through me. Rumi
When I first saw these eucalyptus flowers, I knew that something special was waiting for me to discover. I created this mandala a week ago, and I have not been able to find the words to write about it. Sometimes it's like that.
As a people we are being called to discover, reveal and be our best selves. The recent tragedy in Haiti has opened up our hearts to those who are suffering and in need of assistance. We are embracing our basic love of one another.
When I was creating this mandala, it opened itself up to me in layers of development. Each one had its own story to share. When I blended them all together, the true nature of what needed to be revealed showed itself to me. This is the heart of us. We are all precious jewels. Do you believe that?
My intention is to show possibilities for humanity through my art and to share the messages that nature has to offer. If you gaze into the center of this mandala and breathe in the energy being offered, I wonder if you will feel the stirring in your heart like I did?
I hope you will share your experiences of this mandala with all of us here.
Many blessings on your path this day.

beautiful sue...so fragile.
I felt that I was sinking deep into the center of a kaleidoscope image. The sensation was so powerful I could almost feel the colors and patterns trembling on the edge of change. As I danced around the inner star I felt the web of light rising up and surrounding me, protecting me and yet not hemming me in or pinning me down. The infinite possiblities of growth reveal themselves to me, and the feeling is of hovering there, aware that change is a mere heartbeat or breath away.
You do beautiful work. I've loved mandalas for some time now and some times make my own. I was delighted to find a blog with such wonderful mandalas on it. Johnina :^D
